Wave Your Flag Cheesecake
Requires a 9×13 disk and an oven
Ingredients

  • 1 6oz. box red jello
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pound cake
  • 1 package fresh strawberries (halved)
  • 1 package fresh blueberries
Directions
Layer bottom of 9×13 dish with 1/2″ slices of pound cake. Prepare jello mix according to directions on box. Add 1/2 package of strawberries and 1/2 package of blueberries to jello mix and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Poor mix onto cake slices. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Mix 1/2 tub of cool whip, cream cheese, and sugar on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread over jello and pound cake. Spread remaining whip cream on top and top it all off with the rest of the blueberries and strawberries. Can make a flag design or whatever you want with the fruit.

Serves: 10-12 people
