Coconut Rum Cake

Rum Cake
Requires a bundt cake pan and an oven
Rum Cake Recipe

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3 1/4 ounce vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs

Grease and flour Bundt cake pan, bake 40-50 minutes at 325 degrees.

Glaze

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Malibu coconut rum
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
  • 1 stick of butter

Boil mixture for 5-10 minutes. Cool slightly before drizzling mixture over cake.
